This policy lists every cookie zamblek.com sets, what each one is for, and how long it lasts. It complements our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. On your next visit the browser sends it back, which is how a site can remember things like the language you picked or the fact that you are signed in.
Every cookie described on this page is a first-party cookie — it is set by Zamblek itself, readable only by this site, and stored on your own device. We do not sell or share the contents of any of them.
2. How We Categorise Cookies
We group cookies into two categories, which map directly onto the toggles in our cookie preferences window:
- Strictly necessary — the site cannot function without these, so they cannot be switched off. They carry no advertising or tracking identifiers.
- Analytics — optional, and off unless you turn them on. These are the Google Analytics cookies listed in section 4.
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are the cookies Zamblek sets in order to work. Some appear only in certain situations — the session and security cookies once you interact with a form, the sign-in cookie only if you are a customer who asked to be remembered, and the prompt cookies only if you dismissed one of our prompts.

4. Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck, so we can improve the site. It is the only measurement tool we use — we run no advertising pixels and no ad-targeting cookies.
Analytics only runs if you turn it on. The tag is held back until you accept analytics in the cookie preferences window, so no analytics cookie is written and no data is sent to Google before then. Decline, or simply never accept, and none of the cookies below are ever set. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the same window, as described in section 6.

These cookies are set by Google, which processes the data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. We use them only in aggregate — to count visits and see which pages perform — and we do not use analytics data to identify you personally or to build an advertising profile. You can also opt out across all sites with Google's browser add-on.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Google Analytics, described in section 4, is the only third party we bring in to measure anything, and only once you have accepted the analytics category. A small number of other external services are loaded for the site to render or function — web fonts, the hCaptcha challenge that protects our sign-up, password-reset, and contact forms, and the sign-in providers you may choose to use. Where those set a cookie they do so on their own domain, under their own policies, at the point you reach the form or interact with them; none of them is used for advertising or to track you across other sites.
If you sign in through a third-party provider, that provider's own cookie and privacy terms apply to the sign-in exchange. Our Privacy Policy describes what we receive back.
6. Managing Your Choices
You can review or change your choices at any time using the button below.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Because the strictly necessary cookies above are what make the site work, they stay regardless of your choice — but you can clear them from your browser at any time, as described next.
7. Browser-Level Controls
Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies for a specific site. Blocking our strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site from working — you will not be able to stay signed in, and your language and appearance choices will reset on each visit.

8. Changes & Contact
We will update this policy whenever the cookies we set change, and revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Adding a new category will also re-prompt you for consent rather than assuming your previous answer covers it.
