They provide good support. I have been using Codecanyon for over a decade and have experienced many failures up to now. No matter how good the functions and demo features displayed are, it doesn't mean anything. The most important thing is continuous updates and receiving quick and accurate support. Sngine seems to have an active community, so I feel reassured. I plan to customize it from now on, and if the Sngine team also supports these responses, it would be the best app.
