So far the system is 1a, nothing bad can be said, Topic support: only the topic of support is a bit difficult because the request is running to close where the problem is not even resolved, then partially white the answers where do not even match the request exactly or only partially ... it seems to me now and then as if the support has no desire to process inquiries. Documentation: Could be expanded and improved You could also do more as far as tips and co. So you have to find out everything yourself and look for where to do what and that is partly very exhausting
