So far the system is 1a, nothing bad can be said, Topic support: only the topic of support is a bit difficult because the request is running to close where the problem is not even resolved, then partially white the answers where do not even match the request exactly or only partially ... it seems to me now and then as if the support has no desire to process inquiries.
