AI Research Engineer

We are looking for an AI Research Engineer with a strong interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence. You will explore modern AI techniques, experiment with models and architectures, and help transform research ideas into practical features for Zamblek's products.

Responsibilities

• Research and experiment with modern AI and machine learning techniques.

• Explore LLMs, generative AI, NLP, embeddings, and retrieval systems.

• Prototype and evaluate AI models and solutions.

• Develop AI-powered features and integrate them into production applications.

• Analyze model performance and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

• Stay up to date with developments in AI research.

• Work with engineers to turn research prototypes into scalable products.

• Document experiments, findings, and technical approaches.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Familiarity with neural networks and modern AI architectures.

• Understanding of LLMs and generative AI.

• Knowledge of mathematics and statistics used in machine learning.

• Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A research-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment.
