We have been using this software for 2 months, and it's the best in market. However, there are some enhancements to be done that will be useful for users: 1. Search doesn't work within articles (Blog), it only searches the title of the blog or articles. 2. Users can upload files (like PDF) to articles, however, users don't seem to be able to upload files to articles (Blog). 3. As a software, I will give it 5 stars, but as a support is definitely, not a 5 stars. For example, I haven't received a reply for all of my tickets, and you can't follow up on the tickets as you don't receive an email when you submit a ticket. However, overall, this team is providing a great deal.
